The home is conveniently located near to the elite islands of Siesta Key and Longboat Key.  Sarasota Square Mall, the I-75 Interstate road, Sarasota Bradenton Airport, and Sarasota's downtown cultural, civic and business centres are easily accessible.

The Claddagh Home is a fully air-conditioned property which can accommodate 6 guests in style and comfort.  On the First Floor, there is a Living Room open plan with the Dining Room, a further Living Room (the Great Room), a Kitchen and Breakfast area, a powder room and toilet/washroom, a laundry/utility room, an entry foyer, and covered entry.  On the Second Floor, there is a Master Bedroom with a King-sized bed and large en-suite facilities.  In addition, there are two further bedrooms (one with a Queen-sized bed, the other with twin beds) with shared en-suite facilities.  There is a luxurious heated pool (accessed from the Great Room through double patio doors) facing south to an uninterrupted view over a Florida Preserve.  The integral garage may be used to house two cars. 

High-speed wireless internet by Comcast is available free for use by residents.

There are many excellent golf courses within a 30-minute drive.  Guests flying from Europe via Atlanta can catch connections to either Tampa (75 minute drive) or Sarasota/Bradenton Airport (15 minute drive).
